We changed from Potter, Leonard andCahan near Seattle (1-800-548-8857) because we couldn't get earthquakeinsurance with them at a reasonable price.You might want to talk to John Carter at the Landmark on Madison in LebanonIL (618-537-9532 no e-mail). They just had a Christmas tree fire thatcaused considerable smoke damage.Be sure that you get ONE policy that covers both business and homeownersconcerns. You don't want two insurance companies each saying that yourproblem is "not their problem." It's very hard to divide responsibilitywhen your home is also your business.
